The largest nautical event in the Netherlands, SAIL Amsterdam, is organized once per 5 years and is held on the waters in and around Amsterdam. A unique event that each time draws millions of people from home and abroad. August 19 to 23 2009, this unique event will take place again.

Holland’s most spectacular relationship-event.

As an official participant in SAIL Amsterdam 2010 and as the main supplier of its sailing vessels, NAUPAR offers you and your relations the opportunity to be at the centre of all festivities, on board of our ships. Let the show pass you by while you are having a drink and you will get the feeling that this is all organized just for you and your relations. To take part in this spectacle is a unique and memorable experience.

SAIL IN.

August 19 2009, SAIL Amsterdam 2010 opens – true to tradition – with the SAIL IN. The morning of the SAIL IN, you will embark the ship in order to sail toward the arriving Tall Ships. Together with these ships, you will enter the port of Amsterdam.

Afternoon and evening arrangements.

On August 20, 21, and 22, two trips per day will be sailed: An afternoon arrangement and an evening arrangement.  During the afternoon arrangements you will be enabled to admire the international fleet and experience the activities on the water from close-by. The evening arrangements will be concluded by a spectacular fireworks display.

SAIL OUT.

On the final day of SAIL Amsterdam 2010, Monday August 23, the SAIL OUT will take place. The Tall Ships will sail in formation  from Amsterdam back to sea. Together with the Tall Ships, you will sail through the port of Amsterdam to Ijmuiden to wave them goodbye. Once at sea, their paths will separate and they will set sail for the port of Bremen.
