On board the tjalk Albatros you will make a great sailing trip on the Dutch inland waterways. Together with your family, friends, colleagues or even the sports club you can sail to the destination of your choice. Would you like to visit lively harbour towns or rather admire the natural beauty of the Wadden area? Whatever the nature of your sailing trip, you are certain to feel relaxed when you come back.
Sail along and enjoy yourself on deck. Sailing on the tjalk Albatros means enjoying yourself on deck in any way you like. Do you want to help out on deck? The crew will be glad to teach you the tricks of the trade. And if you prefer to take it a bit easier, the deck is also a good place to be. In the cockpit you can enjoy a tasty snack and a drink as well as some good conversation.
Sitting together below decks. Below decks you will find a cosy day room where you can find yourself a place at one of the tables to enjoy a tasty meal. In the galley you can prepare your favourite dishes. Of course, in the day room of the Albatros you can also sit together for long and lively evenings on board.
Staying the night aboard the Albatros. After a beautiful day on the water you can stay the night aboard this tjalk. In one of the comfortable cabins you can find yourself a warm bed for the night. One of the cabins even has a double bed, the perfect solution if you are making a sailing trip with the whole family.
A green sailing trip. The tjalk Albatros has been awarded a Green Key quality mark. This internal quality mark is issued to accommodations that aim to give something back to their environment. The Albatros, for instance, invests in organic food and environmentally sound cleaning products, and meets a number of requirements. Apart from that, sailing is a nature-friendly mode of transport in itself, of course.
