After construction in 1902, the 'Anna Trijntje' carried a great deal of cargo. Her authentic character has been remained and this 100-year-old ship sails just as easily as at the start. The 'Anna Trijntje' is listed in the register of 'Sailing Monuments'. For skipper Stefan van der Valk, fanatic sailing does not mean sailing as fast as possible, but rather trying out with guests all the possibilities the ship and sailing area offer. If at all possible, beaching the ship on the tidal mudflats of the Frisian Sea should be included.
The manageable quality of the ship becomes extra apparent when sailing canals and lakes. The skipper is happy to give sailing instructions, but only wants to support the group leadership in their task. He likes for his guests and himself to form the crew of the 'Anna Trijntje'.

Extending your trip Its possible for trips to be extended. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Alternative departure harbour Its also possible to use a departure harbour other than the base harbours. If you do, you should take into account the vessels crossing time, which will either be charged for or form part of your trip itinerary. That charge is €60 per hour for vessels being prepared for trips of more than one day.
Bedding and towels Trips of more than one day always include the provision of sheets, pillows and pillow cases. Towels can be hired on board for €4 each. You can arrange this with us up to three weeks before departure.
Cleaning If the cleaning of the vessel after the trip is not included in the rental price (see specifications menu), you can choose to carry out the cleaning yourself or pay to have it done. You can pay the captain on board, or have it added it to the charge for services if you are paying for catering. Cleaning on Saturdays and Sundays is subject to a €20 supplement.
