The Alliantie was built in 1917. The materials they used for her hull are mainly steel plates and iron nails. She was built as a sailing freighter that could carry different sort of freight. Coles, Wood and Iron ore, etcetera, where carried all over de the former Zuiderzee.
During the following years, the Alliantie was modernized. They built in a motor and the skipper’s accommodation was altered. Because of the strong motor she didn’t need masts anymore. The sailing ship Alliantie became a motor vessel. In the following years they even enlarged the hull and planted a steering house on the back of the ship.
When Rien Lipke bought the Alliantie in 1996, she was still in a very good condition, because the hull was built so properly. Rien decided to restore her in full grace and gave her a new sailing plan. They decided to remove the hull extension, wrote a sailing plan and gave her her masts back. The steelwork was done in Urk while the inside accommodation was changed in Elburg. Rien did an extensive part of this work and was able to take into account all of the Dutch safety- and quality precautions, while trying to make the ship as coosy, comfortable and safe as possible for his guests. The Alliantie is a ship which can be sailed actively and passively. Rien wanted the ship to be “easy to learn” and “nice to handle”.

The 'Anna Trijntje' is listed in the register of 'Sailing Monuments'. For skipper Stefan van der Valk, fanatic sailing does not mean sailing as fast as possible, but rather trying out with guests all the possibilities the ship and sailing area offer. If at all possible, beaching the ship on the tidal mudflats of the Frisian Sea should be included.
The manageable quality of the ship becomes extra apparent when sailing canals and lakes. The skipper is happy to give sailing instructions, but only wants to support the group leadership in their task. He likes for his guests and himself to form the crew of the 'Anna Trijntje'.

Since another conversion during the ’90s, the ship has been in use as a charter vessel. Below deck is a very homely daytime accommodation area and spacious two-person huts with washing facilities. The afterdeck has plenty of space to sit as you enjoy the wonderful views or take the rudder into your own hands, should you wish to. This sturdy, seaworthy ship was designed in 1883 for the navy. The 'MD3' was used by the torpedo corps for laying mines and pilot and rescue services at sea. Subsequently, the ship was used for fishing in the Zeeland waterways from 1923 till 1970. In 1974 the Vrouw Dina was called De Onrust. She was used as a holiday boat, with which the skipper as a young girl used to sail the Wadden Sea or Lake IJssel with her family. For a long time the ship was neither used nor maintained. In 2003 a reconstruction plan was set up and the work was started with great enthusiasm. However, the actual reconstruction was hindered by a few setbacks, but after two years of restoration work the vessel was finally ready to sail away from the shipyard. But that was only the outside, as in the spring of 2009 the interior was not finished yet and the rigging still had to be installed. Now the Vrouw Dina, as the ship was renamed, is tastefully furnished and meets all the requirements as regards safety and comfort.
