When the chat function is available a field with ‘Do you have a question? Ask your question using online chat’ is displayed at the bottom right of the screen.
Click on the blue question balloon to go directly to the chat environment. If no employee is available, check “availability” at the top of this screen in order to see which alternatives there are for making contact with us.
Ask your question in the field outlined in orange and press Enter to send your question. Your question will be answered as soon as possible.
