The completely modernised NAUPAR website is live

Lelystad, 4 November 2013 – The new NAUPAR website, www.naupar.com, is now live. The new site offers visitors more convenient search options, makes it easier to inquire about availability and provides a more enjoyable experience. "This make-over means that our new site is much more contemporary and even more focused on the client"s (changed) wishes! ” according to Pouwel Slurink, director of NAUPAR.

User-friendly and more convenient search options

A new search system enables everyone to find the perfect ship or package arrangement with even greater ease. Searching seems to happen automatically, no thought is required, and this enables visitors to the website to find what they are searching for quickly and easily. You can search a gallery of ships on the basis of various specifications.

Compare and request availability

A second innovation is that people who are searching for an appropriate ship can inquire about their availability. On work days you will receive a response from the online customer service within two hours. This service quickly informs interested parties whether the ship that they want is still available. "This is pleasant for people who are considering more than one option. If we can provide a positive reply fast, that is good for everyone”, says Slurink.

Contemporary, fresh design and a more enjoyable experience

Modern websites are supposed to be constructed in a way that enables visitors to look and search intuitively. Pouwel Slurink: "The fresh design of our new website allows us to offer potential clients and curious visitors an enjoyable experience. This also makes search and comparing much more convenient.”

Social media creates better interaction

What modern websites must include is the option to share messages or photographs. NAUPAR is active on various social media. There is a Facebook page, www.facebook.nl/naupar, that already has more than 4000 fans, and the company is also active on Twitter. This enables NAUPAR to interact with clients even more effectively.
