Introducing: Herbert Steenstra, Sales Representative at NAUPAR

Lelystad, 28 November 2016 – NAUPAR introduces: Herbert Steenstra, Sales Representative, an employee at NAUPAR for almost eight years now. He mainly has contact with school groups planning unique week-long or weekend trips on board traditional sailing boats. If they're happy with an offer, Herbert's happy too. But who exactly is Herbert?

The work at NAUPAR

Interested, friendly, patient and honest: that's Herbert for you. Herbert offers great study weeks to school groups. The further along the process he goes, the more enthusiastic the client becomes; the same applies to Herbert too.

Background

Herbert has never been far from water; he's from a seafaring family and studied tourism. Around eight years ago, a former colleague noticed there was a vacancy at NAUPAR and told Herbert about it.

About Herbert

Like a lot of people, Herbert likes his sleep. But if you've booked a great, active holiday, you can wake him up at 3 in the morning for it. Other facts: if someone else is enthusiastic, either at work or in his private life, it gives Herbert a real lift and if he's reading a great book, he can lose track of time completely!

The dilemma: If Herbert had to choose between doing 'knock a door run' on every house on a street or every time someone shakes his hand, having to hold onto it for a full five minutes, he'd go for the first option. Herbert thinks 'knock a door run' could even be quite a laugh.
