Privacy Statement NAUPAR

This privacy statement applies to all customers and all visitors to the NAUPAR website. NAUPAR is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement. Personal details are collected on the NAUPAR website. We respect the privacy of visitors to our website, and ensure that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. The personal data collected by us is therefore also carefully processed and secured.

Personal Data that NAUPAR process

NAUPAR processes your personal data if and because you make use of our services and/or because you have personally provided us with them. Below, you’ll find an overview of the types of data that we process:
Name: first, family and company names

  • Gender
  • Age
  • Adress data
  • Phone numbers
  • E-mail addresses
  • IP addresses
  • Other personal data that you actively provide us with in correspondence or by phone
  • Internetbrowser and device type
  • Bank account numbers
  • Booking history
  • Dietary wishes

Personal data of minor

Our website and services do not have the intention of collecting data on websitevisitors under the age of 16 without permission of their parents or legal guardians. We are, however, unable to actively verify the age of website visitors. It is our recommendation to parents to actively involve themselves in the online activities of their children in order to prevent collection of their personal data without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you have reason to believe that we have collected data on minors without active consent of a parent or legal guardian, please contact us by e-mail [email protected]  with a request for removal of information.

Purposes of data processing

NAUPAR processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Payment processing
  • Mailing newsletters or commercial print material
  • Contacting you by phone or e-mail for the purpose of rendering our services (at your request)
  • Informing you about changes in our products or services
  • Rendering the services we provide for you and delivering any products
  • NAUPAR also processes data for the purposes of complying to legal requirements, e.g. data needed for correct and complete tax filing.

Retention periods

We do not store your data for longer than necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this privacy statement. Some data must be retained for a longer period due to a statutory obligation. NAUPAR uses the legal term of 7 years in those cases.

Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of information that your browser stores on your computer, tablet or smartphone. NAUPAR uses cookies to recognize you on a subsequent visit. Cookies enable us to gather information about the use of our services and to improve and adapt these to the wishes of our visitors. Viewing, correcting or deleting personal data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to retract permission for data processing or file a protest against data processing of your personal data by NAUPAR and you have the right to data transferability. This means you can request us to present you the personal data we have of you and send it in a computer file to you or an organization of your choosing. You can direct a request to view, correct, delete or transfer yoru data to [email protected]. To verify that you are in fact the person requesting this, we request that you send us a copy of an identification document (Passport, ID card or European driver’s license). In this copy, black out your photo, machine readable zone, ID number and personal identification number (BSN in Dutch) to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request at our earliest convenience, but within four weeks. NAUPAR would like to indicate the possibility of registering a complaint with the Dutch national regulator – the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

How we protect personal data

NAUPAR is invested in the security of your personal data and takes appropriate measures to prevent loss, theft, access by unauthorized parties, unwanted publication and disallowed altering of your personal data. If you have reason to believe that your personal data are not secure or see signs of abuse, please contact our customer service at [email protected]  

NAUPAR doesn’t sell your data to third parties and only supplies them in connection with the rendering of our services or to comply with legal obligations. Companies that process your data for us have made a Data Processing Agreement with us to ensure the same level of security and confidence. NAUPAR remains responsible for the processing of your data.

Changes to this privacy statement

We reserve the right to amend this privacy statement. Changes will be published on our website. It is therefore recommended to consult this privacy and cookie statement regularly, so that you are aware of any changes.
