Lelystad, 12 September 2017 - NAUPAR has joined HISWA, a membership that guarantees quality in the water sports industry. Companies wanting to join HISWA must not only demonstrate that they are professional and reliable, but also committed to the General Terms and Conditions of HISWA.
For consumers, this means they can be even more confident when renting a ship via NAUPAR. The HISWA General Terms and Conditions were formulated in collaboration with the Dutch Consumer Association and the ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club), making them highly consumer-friendly. Moreover, in the event of a dispute, consumers can now receive assistance from an independent arbitration board.
Taking good care of guests
"We enjoy taking good care of our guests and our affiliation with HISWA enables us to provide our guests with even better services,” says NAUPAR Director Pouwel Slurink. "Moreover, HISWA is the leading organisation in the water sports industry and their philosophy of "strength in numbers" appeals to us. We can share our knowledge with other HISWA members and, likewise, learn from their expertise."
Certainty for consumers
NAUPAR distinguishes itself from other sailing companies that are not a member of HISWA and therefore unable to offer their guests the advantages of an industry organisation. The consumer-friendly terms and conditions, as well as the level of professionalism and reliability of HISWA members, are the greatest benefits for consumers.
