Lelystad, 2 May 2017 – Since the third of February, Kim Apers has been the new captain of the topsail schooner the Grietje. He and his partner Rianne Broekhoven can now call this spacious and comfortably equipped sailing ship their own. But it doesn´t feel completely ´new´ since, after all, "We´ve been living on board the Grietje since February 2016,” says Rianne.

Lelystad, 28 April 2017 – Cooking on board the Brandaris has never been so much fun! That"s because the ship has added a number of practical new appliances to its galley, including a brand-new freezer and refrigerator and an electric Siemens oven! Great-tasting meals can now be prepared in no time.

The enthusiastic captain Jeroen Mohrmann has been sailing the exquisite Willem Barentsz for many years. Even as a young boy, he knew he wanted to spend his time on the water and began sailing at the age of 10!"You might say I've been a captain for more than 38 years," says Jeroen.
