Walibi Holland

The theme park is located in the municipality of Dronten, in the Dutch province Flevoland. The park offers many attractions for real adrenalin junkies, but there are also attractions for children. The park is always open from April to October and is perfect for a day trip for young and old.

History

The park was founded in 1971 under the name Flevohof. The Flevohof was then still an agricultural museum. In 1991 the park went bankrupt and was taken over by the Walibi Group. In the meantime the park had five different names, from 2005 to 2010 it was called Walibi World. The theme park has the name Walibi Holland since 2011.

About Walibi Holland

Especially the many thrill attractions that the park offers are not for weak nerves. The fastest roller coaster in the park is 106 km/h and the others are also fast attractions. A roller coaster even plays music during the thrilling ride. There is also something for children, whether a ride on the car scooter or on the different children's carousel, here children's hearts beat faster. You can also stay here on hot summer days, as the park offers three different water rides where you can cool off well.
